Yes. Top Kwality Solutions LLC is fully insured. We're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your building, property management company, or general contractor as additional insured.
Absolutely. Send us the name and address the COI should be issued to, any specific coverage language your building requires, and we'll have it over to you before the job starts.
Yes. We regularly work evenings, overnights, and weekends for commercial clients. If your building only allows cleaning after operating hours, that's standard for us, not an extra.

A standard turnover or post-reno clean covers fine-dust removal from every surface, debris haul-out, full kitchen and bathroom clean, appliance interiors and exteriors, all floors, windows, and fixtures. We walk the scope with you in advance so there are no surprises.
For a standard 1–2 bedroom turnover, same-day or next-day is usually doable if we have 24–48 hours notice. For larger jobs or full-building turnovers, we'll confirm a timeline when we quote.
